Our India office based in Coimbatore, India will be focused on bringing together the best of the technology skills and talent to build and scale the products of StayAhead and grow the customer base across global markets.

 

We are looking for the following:

• Strong knowledge in RPA tools in configuring and deploying bots using any of these market leading RPA platforms – UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, Automation Edge, 1RPA, Pega Open Span

• Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning

• Should be able to design technical specification document for RPA Projects

• Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes

• Previous experience in business analysis and process re-engineering

• Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market

• Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills

• Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level

• Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients

We expect you to have:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science

• Experience on any of the programming Languages .Net or Java is an added advantage

• Any Advanced Developer Certification for RPA platforms will be an added advantage

• Minimal of 8 years of experience in managing software product development
